Meet Nika: A Rising Star in Rhythmic Gymnastics

Nika’s journey in Rhythmic Gymnastics began at Nevada Rhythmic Academy in mid-2020 at the age of 6. Her athletic background is diverse, with experience in ice skating and recreational gymnastics before the pandemic. From a young age, Nika was immersed in the world of performance, traveling with her parents’ circus and training with her father, a multiple European and World champion in sports acrobatics.

Future Aspirations: Nika dreams of becoming a professional Rhythmic Gymnast and competing in the Olympics. Post-athletics, she envisions traveling the world as a flight attendant and pursuing studies in Science.

Inspirations: Nika admires her level 10 teammates, Yana and Angelina, and has enjoyed watching former competitors Dina and Arina Averina.

Family Legacy: Nika’s parents are accomplished circus performers. Her mother, Kristina, performed for 12 years in shows like Quidam, Zarkana, and Absinthe. Her father, Sergei, has over 20 years of experience in productions including Quidam, Zarkana, Kurios, and Absinthe.
