Clara Kang is a level 9 senior rhythmic gymnast who started at the age of 9.

As a baby, Clara enjoyed dancing and doing the splits. After taking her first recreational rhythmic gymnastics class, she fell in love with the sport and has continued her endeavor as a dedicated rhythmic gymnast.

With 7+ years of rhythmic gymnastics experience, Clara has not only made strong friendships, but she has also learned the values of determination, perseverance, dedication, and team work. She has also found a way to apply these values to her life and schoolwork as she is able to maintain straight A’s with hours of training. Currently, Clara is studying Sports Medicine in hopes of pursuing a career in sports health.

Clara spends her free time baking, reading, painting, and playing the piano. She also loves to travel to different cities with her family.

What started as a small interest, turned into life-long valuable attributes and ultimately her passion. These attributes gained through gymnastics will allow her to exceed in life no matter what she decides to pursue.
